Comfort and Precision Air Conditioning system

  1. Calculation of heat load for a given function/process.
  2. Optimal selection of Chillers (either Air cooled or Water cooled) based on the heat load arrived.
  3. Selection of chilled water circulation pumps, pipes and pipe fittings; the objective would be to have a minimal possible frictional loss (In case of Indirect Expansion system).
  4. Selection of Air handling units, cooling coils and Centrifugal fans which operates at its best efficiency.
  5. Adopting latest technology in regulating and maintaining the temperature and relative humidity of the given enclosure/room (precision air conditioning system)

Air Distribution system / Ducting system

  1. Preparation of layout based on the site condition / requirement.
  2. Sizing of duct/calculation of duct size based on required flowrate and optimizing the static pressure developed.
  3. Adopting alternate technologies, which will enable to increase the terminal velocity at the grill at a much lesser flowrate. This will help us in optimizing the flowrate required and in turn the capacity of the fan.
